★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the Diet Plan from Dr. Nafeesa in August 2021. I have had hypothyroidism for the last decade. I enrolled with them for a Weight Management programme. They thoroughly assessed my lifestyle, food habits, medical history, etc., and tailored a personalised diet plan for me. And their skillful patient management team was quite responsive and committed throughout the program - right from the start, they had assigned a specific resource who handheld me through the onboarding process, and guided me on adhering to the diet plan, its do's and don'ts; the weekly tracking was meticulously done and course corrections were advised promptly; they were always available a WhatsApp message away; I also specifically liked that they didn't prescribe any vitamin supplements or other medications - it was solely diet and lifestyle modifications for me! At the end of the program, which is the third month, I had lost around 9 kgs, which gave me the confidence to stay committed to the plan even after its completion. I would heartily recommend Dr. Nafeesa and her team to anyone who is looking for a prudent weight management programme.
