Please do not take steroid injections directly from the trainers,, it's medical area of expertise so go to a doc, ur trainer doesn't have the qualifications so he doesn't understand ur conditions,,, please don't take risks,,,,, also heard some rumors about this particular gym....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just join this GYM....I tell you it was worth of every single penny that I invested to join them. Their stuff is very polite and supportive, all the equipment are nice and study to use, the ambiance is awesome, minimal interaction with other members of the gym. They also have a nice sound system and believe me it was my superbly experience.
You guys must join this GYM....I highly recommend.
