This is worst and non-professional courier you shall come across. Its better not to send a courier through this service than waste your energy and money on it.
Furthermore on their contact us section, you will find every fancy thing except for a contact address/phone no/person. So if you are planning to courier something via FirstFlight, its better be not an expensive or urgent one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I choosed them to deliver a water purifier from Pune to Delhi and they promised that in worst case it will be delivered in 4 days but it was delivered in 9days with the purifier in broken condition and they are not taking responsiblity.

They packed laptop amazingly with bubble wrap and put it in an fine box packing. I had received it without any damage and in perfect condition. Really appreciate their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go here...first of all they take ur parcel even if they cannot provide services.. Then they take help from some even worst connecting parcel company who deliver ur parcel to wrong address... N then these guys do take any responsibility and say they can't do anything... Worst service and immensely unprofessional guys.. Rather go with some other courier service but not this.!!! Highly non recommended!!!
