★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is worst courier service i have experienced. our customer are daily complaining us about delay in material but they least bother about that. many time our material delivered in damage condition . after regular mails and follow up no improvement. now i am looking for alternate service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service ever. I went to take my courier from their office on 3rd october because they made my delivery pending due to house locked rather there was nothing like that. A message comes at night saying they delivered it on my address on 1 October. Really bad experience!

Even all contact nos given at official website of all regional offices are incorrect. How come all office in whole india has wrong contact nos. Hoping for delivery in next few days.

Mujhe khud apna parcel lene jana pda delivery boy ko free ki salary de rhe h or ye company door ki delivery le leti h pr time pe delivery kr nhi sakti agr kbi b kuch b first flight se aye to mna hi krdo wrna delivery k b paise do bd may khud lane k b paise kharcho. Staff don’t have manners to talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever the country is in need they look for faujis. And for a distantly posted fauji Rakhi means a lot. My Rakhi consignment was received by these people and they simply sent me a message to collect it personally from their office which is 25 kilometers away from shipping address. What does a courier delivery means, I don't understand. Shameless people. My Rakhi is not yet delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Company Pathetic Staff, i will try to Stop and discontinue their all govt tieups for delivery of mandatory govt. documents like PAN and their tieup with NSDL. This Courier company is so bad and worse in service that thatone can imagine, they cheat and lie to customers, and after blunder they are not contactable in any way, their email bounced, customer care contacts do't work.

No ethics...They accept couriers for destinations which they can't service & then sit on the consignment till the harassed customer reaches the hub! You cannot talk to them as their email address & phone number on website are wrong. I wish these swindlers business shuts down!!! Even their corporate phone number does not work! Even roadside dhabas are better managed.
Stay away from First Flight courier.
