★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very poor service. They can misplace your documents. I was courier my documents two months back to Mumbai but till now its not reach. I think this is not working. Don't trust them. Totally damage system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with this courier company..Had to forcibly go for it as DTDC and Blue Dart are not located close to my home in Wakad...They are first of all not affiliated with first flight but a local courier..They charged me premium but had no proper online tracking available for customer..I had to call them everytime and plead for an update on my shipment..It was expected that my package will be delivered in 2-3 business days but even after more than a week i'm still trying to get an update on my shipment which is not delivered..I will not recommend anyone to go with them.. instead go with the trusted names bluedart or dtdc..Wish I could give them 0 starts here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with their service. The lady on reception is extremely arrogant. Delivery boys don't even come to your place and claim that door wasn't opened. Ridiculous. Worst worst worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds. Running fraud courier business shweta enterprises under name of first flight.
My Courier returned to me as undelivered from middle of journey. Not paid refund amount of courier.
At last what I see is my belongings inside courier worth rupees 2500 was stolen. And now they are not even answering the calls.
Where as owner Shweta keeps on lying to us regarding status of courier.
Do not trust these people.. which I could put these people's behind bars.
If you think you are not wrong then send me the detailed flow of courier and As discussed to shweta it was delivered with maruti courier. Yet Maruti courier deny having such parcel as well as the tracking orders shows invalid on first flight website.
