★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one answers the call from their Delhi to Mumbai numbers. No info where the package is. Avoid at all costs. Update: They misplaced the package and have managed to find it after 1 week or so. Still not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and most irresponsible staff. Never take customer's call and if they do take call expect most absurd response from them. They should know that they are providing emergency services and customers call only in emergencies. I suggest they should close down operations and save clients from harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most irresponsible courier services I've ever experienced. None of the customer care numbers are responding. My parcel has arrived in thier office since 21st August but we have not received it yet. Nobody is there to give any appropriate reply. I will never ever recommend First Flight to anyone. Avoid the services. Worst Services in the courier industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't lives up to any standard that we can rate them on even a single star. My important documents were booked from their Mahipalpur office with my name and address clearly mentioned however these guys have delivered it to someone else and now i am on a run around for my important documents. To add to their glory none of their contact numbers are reachable and incase the ring goes through no one cares to answer. This is in interest of the public that you should not deal with this company as they have a bad service standards. I was trying to post this ad without a star however it was not letting my post to go through, so this is another tactic from them that we will have to at least give them a star, still i would recommend ZERO STAR RATING TO FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS
