On date 26.11.2018, time 12:15 PM I have plan to visit and on spot of that location, I personally suffered with and security personnel are denied to visit. Consequently, as I request several time, another person was allowing to me. So WHY THIS THING HAPPEN " IF" THIS PLACE FOR PUBLIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing artworks but closed for public due to some vandalism. Hopefully it'll reopen soon. Building something from garbage takes a lot of creativity. Something like this doesn't happen in Bhubaneswar frequently. People should respect this.
