★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please donot visit this store. Their customer service is pathetic. We had bought 2 shoes for kids from this store.But kids were not with us when we bought the shoes. So we informed the store people that we are not sure about the size and we might require the next size . That can only be confirmed after trying. So they said "it's okay". They assured us that you can buy the shoes and try them on. Incase if the shoes are not proper fit they said that we can replace the shoe with 'same shoe of higher size'. Now we bought the shoe and but the shoes were smaller for the kids. Now on the next day we went to shop for replacement. At that time all their attitude changed. They said both the shoes doesn't have higher size. They already knew this at the beginning itself but had lied to us For one shoe , I could find another model shoe, so I replaced it. But for the other shoe , I couldn't even find another model shoe for replacement. Now when I asked for refund, they said they cannot give refund. Then I had to argue with them for an whole one hour to get back the refund. The way in which they treat their customer is so poor. I would suggest everyone to kindly avoid this shop if possible.
