Got misled by 2 identical reviews, I totally disagree with Dr Pandey and Mr Rahul singh, it appears they are persons with same identity and have some personal issues, may be.. jealousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is caption Ajeet singh Indian air force and I made a purchase on your Allahabad store on 20th of October 2019. The manager pushed me to buy more stuff just to avail some coupons. I was looking to buy more stuff down the line and I went ahead. Today, I went to buy more stuff and when I wanted to use my coupons, I was told that I cannot do it without calling from the number I used to purchase. I live in USA and I used my father’s phone to purchase the products on the first day. I tried calling my father to give the requested missed call but he was busy and didn’t answer. I requested the store manager Nitesh and even spoke to ASM Mr Ravi Mishra trying to explain my situation. They told me the same solution. I wasn’t told about such a policy while making the initial purchase and the staff was unreasonable and rude. If this is how firstcry treats its customers and gives namesake discounts, I don’t think I will ever visit any firstcry store nor would I recommend it to anyone. The money doesn’t matter but the attitude does. Really disappointed in Mahindra and firstcry.

Really appreciable!!
The service they provide, the way they assist, always nearby to help.
I was taking the photos and one guy approached me and asked "Are you going to send it to someone?" I said "no it's just for Google Maps, this place is quite nice", then he smiled and got himself engaged to his assigned work.
That work ethics we need everywhere ⭐
