★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic shop ever visited, the name is first cry but dont have most things for a 1 year old baby. What ever you ask them they say they dont have stock. & they dont inform the customers that there is no exchange on any item you buy prior.
Plus they dont provide a bill aswell. very poor

Gift packs from Himalaya and JJ for baby products. Good store staff briefing with adequate knowledge on all availible Baby products. Good customer support but prices are comparable from online price where online is cheaper than in store shopping. Discount on applicable product's are offered at reasonable discount.

I am sharing my experience with mama earth product which I ordered ubtan face mask but which I received is already used by someone I am sharing that photos also about the packing.
I want to know how come it happens with some customer who believes with your product u should maintain that company standard .
Seriously unhappy with ur team guys...?
