★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with this store as I bought 6 M size kids wear with store keeper suggestions for 3 months baby but when i tried, it was too small. As soon as I went for exchange the product but the store keeper refused my request. It was very disappointed with store keeper care less response.
I would like to suggest please be helpful with customers, at least with regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No honesty and saw after reaching office that they have said discount before bill on the product and after bill did not see bill in detail at shop that was my mistake bcz in bill they billed for MRP all products. second time same mistake in this shop not happy and worst experience bcz two times same mistake.
One more product they put MRP now observed now can't waste petrol and time to go again shop to exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience we have with this shop, although a regular customer, they loot the customers. There is huge price difference to online FC site and to this shop, but while talking they says we operate online price, But they just encash the urgency of the customers and every item billed at MRP. When we check the price and return for the mistakes, he just lying the customers nd try to convince and never accept his mistakes. They have taken the franchise to loot the customer in the name of first cry. This is the worst store I believe .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very less collections. Online shopping is better than going to this store. Also there is a huge difference between the online price and the store price. I myself take the cupon code to avail the online price yet they say that coupon code is not applicable though it's for the same product and the colour. Literally i say them that i will shop online and leave the store empty handed. Pathetic experience.

The Firstcry store in Hessarghata road is just 100 meters from the 8th mile signal in Tumkur road. Located just opposite to More shop. Firstcry Shop is located in the first floor. The entrance is from the backside. The stairs are quiet steep. Lift is available.
