★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Kurta Pajama with Jacket for my kid. The size did not fit and when I came back for return they smelled all clothes and said there is slight smell in half jacket. They did not return the product. Despite not using the product which is very clear the sales staff smelled the product for almost 15-20 minutes and after when they found nothing they overturn jacked and said there is slight smell at one point so we cannot return. Very frustrating experience as they were acting very shrewed and not willing to return unused product. we have bought and return product at first cry Pitampura and never faced this problem. Better to purchase online at first cry than to purchase at this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount voucher has very limited stock, and they don't tell you any terms and conditions and say voucher Valid on all at the time of purchase. But during voucher redumption they tell you so much terms that you end up with very few old stuff. Cheep marketing. They take all number, email, dob and ask you to also give a Miss call on number only then coupon is vaild,do not know what they do with all that, felt very unsafe just to a discount coupon redumption, seems like a big trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at firstcry store janakpuri where if you ask the discounted prices of the products, the sales team will you the correct price, however when the person go to the counter to pay the price, we dont generally calculate the prices alltogether and the biller guy takes advantage of this situation and do not apply discount on all items which they said earlier. This happened with me when earlier the total was somewhere around 2100 as per me which their sales guy calculated as 2500 and when I asked about the prices again, they changed the boy at the counter and next guy came in. When I checked their screen, I could clearly see that they have to click a button to apply the discount otherwise it would not apply, so I request all of the customer to pls check the rates beforehand, calculate them together if purchasing more than 1 item and than go to counter to see if prices match.
After having this crazy experience, I decided to try the dwarka sec 7 store but to my surprise, they did the same thing today. First, they tell different prices with discount and later at the billing counter, price gets changed. Moreover, just yesterday, I purchased 2 bottles of Philips Avent of 1month plus for my 3weeks baby. After taking the bottles, me and my wife found out that one of the bottles isnt providing 2drops of milk as per the instructions. So I went to change one bottle as other one was fine. Initially, they were hesitant to replace but they did. Today, when I took the replacement, we checked the bottle again and it was still doing the same thing. So I dont know what the hell was that. Did they really changed the bottle or gave me the same one? I have purchased 2 bottles for Rs 895 which makes 1 bottle almost Rs450 and its my hard earned money. If the firstcry stores would keep doing their business like this, then soon we, consumers, will shift to other brands stores like meme or local vendors. I will definitely going to call the store tmrw again to see whether they will replace this.and give me right one or not. Till then, overall, a very bad and disastrous experience with firstcry. Truly speaking, firstcry literally made us cry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, came to return a product today on 16/02/2022 purchased on 11/02/2022. Product wasn't even opened from the original packing I even had the bill. They said the purchased item which was a floor mat and a waterproof Matt cannot be returned, no one told me this while buying these. I just wanted to exchange it for clothes not that I had asked for a refund. Online shopping is far more convenient that going to this online store. They were like we will have to write a mail to the head office then they will approve. Seriously!!! Complete waste of time.
