★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not visit the store at all warning all who is reading this review..very very unprofessional staff and store owner...they sell defective items and then backs out later and does not exchange..the owner is a thief and talks very harshly..they are looting with prices...I found the same stuff in another first cry store and online at a better rate. Warning to All customer...Fraud store.Fraud store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of sandals for my kid. Sales staff gave wrong size, one 23 and other 24 number. When we called up to exchange it then they said same pattern is not available but you can exchange with other sandals. When we went to the store the owner said we don't have the same product and we will not exchange it with other products. Owner was very rude and misbehaved with us. Never recommend this store to anyone. Beware of fraudulent.

Extremely poor service! Bought a pram from this particular store of Firstcry.com as a gift.
On reaching home, found out that the pram was slightly torn. Since it was slightly expensive, called up the store to check if the pram could be replaced to which they said, yes. They even created a ticket.
On reaching the store next day, they outrightly denied that the pram was from their store/could've been torn originally. There has been no resolution of this issue from their side.
Additionally, the store salesmen go back on their words. There is no reliability of their own words.
Buyers, beware. Don't go to this fraudulent store.
