I bought 4000 rs. Clothes..
All child t-shirts are color bleeding problem..
And given shorts sizes...
When asked to exchange.. Total start fight with us
I will complain to police...you are total frazi..

Which branded stores says..no claim no exchange...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store ever i have shopped i shopped two times from there both the experiences were bad first time they solde cloths at a price higher than that of the app and second time they made me visit the store thrice for a single bill yhey told me that the dress which i wanted to change becausr size issue is mot available so i can buy anything in place of that after confurming yhe same we opted for cycle after showing them the prucr fir on thr app and they agreed to give ut on same orice but after coming to the counter the manager suddenly changed his words and wanted to sell that same cycle for higher price with an explanation that the system is not showing discount and they wasted our 1 hour for installing that and then refused give that on discounted rate how is that possible if discount on app you dont have on store anyways after lot of argument finally they agreed to give us a credit note for thay visited again and purchased some other cloths in which they gave us a defective piece the bathing robe was torn from one side we again visited the store and they again gave us a credit note and when we lastly vistwd over there we bought shoes with lighting which are now not working and its only been a week we bought it and the baby wore it but lights have stop working and plus at the of purchasong the manager refused to even provide us a box for shoes and said that the carry bag would be chargable i mean they expected us to take those in hands. Guys plz dont go over yhwor and waste your money this is the worstbstore and specially the manger he is too rude and unproffessional. Plz go for app and never ever visit this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still confused about their most poor thing , their quality or thier service . Don't know why this brand popular . First cry is good store until you visit , after your visit you will relise this is the worst store ever . Very bad quality with their bad service . They have no accountability with their products , even they except they doing wrong with customers but they follow company guidelines and no solution provides . So i suggest no to visit first cry .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst, worst, worst, worst, worst store ever. They do not value there customers at all...
I have bought two musical cot toys for my baby from there and all are of such a poor quality... All of them. They give you no warranty at all and the charge you a fortune for it...
Apart from this..we have bought so many things from them, crib, dresses, breast pump, bottles etc..
After this I purchased a soap dish from them for my baby which was packed nicely but, was of poor quality and broken too...
In exchange they gave me a set of 3 bibs for my child which were small in size. I immediately in 20 minutes went to the store and asked them to give me a big aize but, they didn't listen at all and NEVER excahged that for correct size stating that it is against our policy to exchnage the things in return of exchange. So, basically they gave me a broken soap dish which they didn't care about...and than handed me these stupid size small bibs...
Honestly, didn't expect this from a store where I have spent so much money. If I woukd have taken so much stuff from some another local/small store at least I would not have faced these difficulties..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hav purchased a cot worth rs 21252 from this store. We visited the store 3 times before buying it n they ( priya goyal ) told us that they wll provide cot , matrrss , crib set n mosquito net . We said its fine.
We ordered it n the day when it has to be delivered they told us that there wll be delivery charge 200 rs1
I said that u didnt tell me this before buying it.. she said that i told u this this is the first lie she said then they didnt provide me the crib set with that n again she denied that i didnt told u thats crib set wll cme with this .i told her to giv me brochure before buying it she saod we dnt hav it .. even she didnt giv it in writing that hw much it wll cost n which itmes i wll get with this cot..
There manager vimal was also involved in this they said that we r lying. They all are liers there plz dnt buy anythmg from that store there is lots of difference in price also from online store it is vry cheap n good.. staff is vry arrogant n non cooperative specially priya goyal n vimal
