★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved firstcry for its good variety, pricing and easy return policy... have been an avid buyer since over 7 yrs but the online store is not at par when it comes to service. They have a strange return policy of not exchanging even packed items with tag except shoe and clothes. They have printed and kept it somewhere they can only read it. They should place it on the main gate!

The guy at the counter wanted me to get the product exchanged from the store it was bought from.. which is very very far from my place.. i was gifted the product which I couldn't use and wanted an exchange.. extremely non cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER -
I bought a toy car for my 18 months old baby a few days ago, it was my first time at this outlet and as I went to return it today with to buy an even bigger toy for his size, the guy in charge totally refused to serve us whatsoever...and to mention they were very happy selling us the product and never mentioned that there is no replacement policy...and he had a real bad attitude and very harsh towards us, and said that the child selected it by himself (he is 18 months old)
All in all a very bad experience and I'm pretty sure this new store will keep scamming people like this!
No ☆s to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went at this store in last week of May 2020. We went lil late by around 6.30-7pm. the facial expressions of saleswomen there was like we were most unwelcomed customer there!!!!! ( Due to lockdown starting from 9pm to morning 5am). I was carrying my baby girl (1yr old) n we were in desperate needs of rompers as all clothes were getting short. First thing they didn't allow me with kid inside store as kid wasn't wearing a mask!!!! ( Just try to put mask on a 1yr old kid ). When my wife started looking for clothes she had to come consistently out n in of the store. Secondly when I saw other customers coming in the sales women started shouting at security guards openly in front of those customer. What level of customer service does that!!!????? Was totally devastated with the experience and thought of ordering online where we get discount too. Never ever try to go this store they will behave with u like govt owned handlooms.

But after 1 month the pedal had broke down, when I reached to them for service they straightforwardly refused to fix cycle, so I asked them to just give me parts so that I can fix it myself. But they refused to do that also. Please don’t buy anything from here. The store owner is arrogant and selfish.
