They dont exchange products ever.
In other city they exchange the products but here they dont.
Very rude staff behaviour.

Not sure if the exchange policy is communicated by staff properly.
I bought a t-shirt from this store for a kid but the store staff said that in order to get an exchange, you have to provide a mobile number. Also they said for an exchange of clothing item, one need to do it within 48 hours of shopping the original product. I am not sure if the company is encouraging such rules
