★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't allow for trial or exchange under the name of pandemic. People are vaccinated and situation is different now as compared to last year. First cry should upgrade their policies. It was waste shopping from here as it is not fitting my baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy from here, as the quality is really bad. I bought 3 dresses, out of which 1 size tag was wrong and the other one button was not proper. When u try to return him, they have a long mailing process. I am not sure if I would be able to return the product. Please don't buy from this store ever. Go to local shop, they have better discount and return is instant.

I go to shop for replacement, they denied for replacement also refund. Big brand name but not customer service satisfaction. pathetic it's.

Shut the store, you guys can't run it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Avinash wanted me to pay for a little bracelet which my 2 year old kid broke. The quality was so pathetic and he wanted me to pay for it. It was only Rs.100 or so and I was shopping for over Rs. 4000. When I asked him to not keep such delicate stuff at kids reach he gave me a lecture on how how I should learn to control my kids. Apart from the fact he has very less business sense or any sort of inkling of customer service he is also rude and was behaving like my 2 year old should have understood better than touching a street quality bracelet. I feel sorry for wasting the staffs time and spending close to 30 mins shopping only to leave the store because of the franchise owners attitude. You can see the bad reviews left here. Products are cheap and substandard, definitely not worth the money or the owners filthy attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is opposite to McDonald's on Mira Bhayander road. We purchased baby carrier(black one) on thursday evening and it got torn on friday itself. My sister came at her maiden's home and told me so I called the number of store provided on google map. The respective person(farhan) immediately picked up and i told him whatever happened.
He told me the process to follow and he exchanged the product(red one) in 2days. But we had purchased branded quality baby carrier that was suggested by store member itself but in return they gave us different product which was less in amount and they do not return the money so they gave us some baby products instead of money. We also purchased teether and a bottle. They are good.
