★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a baby sleeping bag from this store.Within 3 days the zip of this product went defective.I went to the store and complained.To my surprise the store staff and owner told me that there is no guarantee on such products and they refused to replace.I thought FirstCry was a brand who will care about it's customer.Will never again buy anything from FirstCry.Also the staff of this store are not professional and don't care much about it's customers problem.
