They are waiting for the mail approval from the official first cry. What's the their responsibility for customer satisfaction???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sale you old products with no discount on MRP, same product with just a colour difference is available online @ Rs 5994 on firstcry which we purchased at this store @Rs 7492. Huge difference in the price. First they say that product is at discount of 25% then they sale it on MRP.
Feeling so cheated by the store. Now they are neither giving refund nor giving credits which can be used anywhere on Firstcry.
So disappointed with the misselling.
So do purchase online only, never go to the store specially this store.
