The customisation options for fish is many, ranging from type of cut, marination choices to cleaning methods, coupled with good quality broiler as well as desi chicken, fishterianz is the main fish and chicken provider for our family. Also, they sometimes offer unique catches like rare big crabs, prawns and other exotic fishes time to time. Since the quality of the fishes and the care taken while delivering (ice packs inside the packets to maintain freshness) is great, I will definitely recommend ordering from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ordered 3 kg chicken today but the chicken we received was of worst quality, stale & stinking. We called the customer care. They told that they will arrange for a reverse pick up by 3 pm today. It's 4.28 now bt still no one has turned up. I have given 1 star rating but if there would have been any rating less than 1 I would have preferred to give that because the product which I rec'd is of extremely bad quality

However from last 2 weeks the quality was very bad and I called the concern person and informed him. But to our surprise instead of taking improvement measures, they denied the news about the bad quality being delivered, and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. They claim for fresh fish I have to take the boat and do the fishing..this was a very Nasty comment not accepted from them. We pay a high rate compared to the market, and it is our full right to get good quality of fish. If any compromise done Customers will need to speak. As you are glad to accept the compliments, please be open to any grievances and work to improvise it. Thank you!
