★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to work out, professional & friendly trainers, well maintained and hygiene gym, very spacious gym, it's not only gym for work out they also have a separate place for Zumba, yoga, kick boxing, Aerobics, dance, karate, well maintained steam room & locker room. Fit & Active is best place in the AECS layout with all the activities, no need to go multiple places for other activities, really liked it very much every corner covered with CCTV cameras safe place to work out. Happy that enrolled in best gym. Thanks for the good environment.

You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restroom maintenance is so pathetic unhygienic daily cleaning is not happening and you can see coffee tea cups and glasses chappals thrown here and there hairs everywhere in the restroom and those 3 house keeping people are having so much headweight dont even know how to respond with clients showing so much attitude housekeeping people no manners

We can get all the package here like MMA, Karate, Zumba, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Strength and Endurance training.
Some other facilities that you must like and that is BMI check, steam and locker room, Cafeteria and Parking.
General and Personal trainers are available in morning and evening shift for both men and women.
I hope you must visit once in the Brookfield area and will definitely like it.
We can check BMI here and keep track easily on our progress every 45 days as per trainer.
