Great place to workout and actually learn new things as well as reduce weight. Also the trainers are quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is located conveniently, right opposite seawoods railway station. Trainers are helpful and friendly, but they make sure you do your workouts well. It’s never monotonous. It’s a great upgrade from regular gym-going if you’re a fit person. If you’re a beginner, the trainers will consider you accordingly. Beginners may take longer to adjust to the high intensity workouts but their stamina, strength, endurance and fitness will definitely increase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's perfect place for those who want to shed those extra kilos . Their training program is extremely intense and will make sure you achieve your goal. I can say that ,I lost around 7kgs during my stay . Dushan sir, Dipesh sir and Sumit sir are extremely helpful and do guide well .
