★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has just what i need. I tend to work out in the morning. When it's not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Additionally, i found the right trainer . Who helped me to reach my fitness goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more than a month since I joined fit & fit fitness gym centre and I can see changes in my body, right kind of training and proper workout procedure done under the guidance Mr. Pradhan. Yoga and zumba session also very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best gym having all necessary equipments and machines for bodybuilding. There is also zumba classes every weekend. The instructor Mr. Pradhan has very nice behaviour and a very good coach and motivator. I recommend this gym to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and well maintained gym. I couldn't find any gym like Fit & Fitness center where cleanliness is at utmost priority. Pradhan, the owner himself looks after everyone. He is very friendly, and humble person. You won't know he's the owner of the center.
Believe it or not, you will be happy to join as a member of this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Well equipped gym with experienced training provided form Basant Pradhan who will cater to individuals as per their goals and bring amazing results in the shortest period of time.
The gym membership also includes free Zumba classes during the weekends.
If you're goal is to build muscle or lose fat or get toned and you live in and around AECS B block, I highly recommend Fit and fit gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gyms in the locality. Trainers is friendly and hardworking. He keeps a track on all our daily activities at the gym and keeps a check if we're doing it right or not. It has two halls for workout and very spacious. I recommend others also for this gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym in the locality with a great trainer. All the modern equipments are available along with a separate room for zumba , yoga and other workouts. Trainer is very professional and helpful.
I started workout after 2 years and trainer really guided my way into getting me back on track with basic exercises comfortably.
Fees is very reasonable too. Overall, a 5 star gym and I am happy that I made the right choice to start here.
