★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had some problems in back bones, after 7 to 8 days of joining in this gym, result has came out. Wright now I have running 5 months to work out and my daughter is almost fit as doctor response. And the lady trainer in that gym are very carrying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I joint fit and fine gym I was a patient bcoz I have a lot of pain in my backbone but within 2 days I dnt have any kind of pain just bcoz of the excercise our trainer has given to me.our trainer is my inspiration she encourage us alot.my gym is my 2nd home .?????

I started attending the gym 1 year ago when my chest was only 28 inches and my biceps was only 10 and now after 1 year my chest size has increased to 40 inches with a growth in my biceps up to 14.5 inches, this was only because of my trainers guidance as he knows each and every exercise very well and will help you whenever you need help during your workout. This gym is safe for girls too.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I, Nafees Ahmed joined this gym on 19th October 2020.I was 107kg in weight. During this 6 months I lost 18kg and now I am 89 kg in weight. With the help of papu sir and the gym's environment I am able to achieve this goal very easily. Papu sir helped and inspired me for losing this weight very easily and without any problem and told me the diet to follow. Sir helped me with the exercise and helped with the weight exercise. I have a long way to go and I am happy that papu sir is my trainer to be healthy and fit. This gym is the place where I go to be fit and fine.
