★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good place for workout but here the heaviest dumbell is of 20 kgs thats an issue and regarding equipment shortage of pec fly machine.
Apart everything is cool trainer's r concerned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place for workout... No matter it's for loose or gain weight. Coach is active*** and some time receptionist madam also pock her nose into following gym card. Overall this place is well maintained except few cardio machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are less and old equipments, no gym carpets.. Which makes stretching and exercises very slippery. People wear their outdoor shoes inside gym and are not asked to carry it separate (zero hygiene consideration). Ventilation is not at all proper and it's tuff to workout. Owner claims to be an aerobic trainer which is not true... Simple hand movement exercises and watching YouTube video to teach Zumba is not working. Stop fooling people. On the top, a lady manager who is unaware, lost and not appropriate to handle people's query. They also keep their weight machine inside cupboard (yes that's true) and restrict everyone to use it only weekly.
