★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey Guys, I have to write this a long time ago but here you go. This is a worst gym ever. All trainer are manipulating the clients. I am based out in Chicago but I am from noida sector 137. I took some PT from their trainer Name Sudhir and he is very very unprofessional. He doesn't know and his way of talking is not good at all. So my recommendation is NOT TO JOIN THIS GYM AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Staff & Very supportive trainers and Gym counselors. When I joined my weight was 102 KG in the month of Oct 2021 and by 15th Feb my weight is 86 KG.
The exercises and food diet recommended by the trainers are really working well on me.
The internal environment - Space, Hygiene, Crowd and machine, all these make the Gym just perfect.
