★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of now there is only one treadmill and two or three cycles and one cross trainer so people interested in cardiovascular exercises might have to wait for the Turn in the queue before they get a chance of working out on the treadmill and the time fixed for the treadmill is 10 minutes
But people who are interested in weight training ...there are lot of Machines and good trainers ....and the overall Ambience is pretty good.... but I wished the timing was upto 10 p.m. in the night because they start switching off the lights one by one once it gets past 9:30 p.m.... they are now trying to improve on that

#Timing is not flexible (have to either come in the morning or in the evening, extra charges if you want a flexible schedule)
#Staff is sort of co operative
#If you live nearby, it is an option to consider but would not suggest otherwise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitnastic Unisex Gym Review.It is a well maintained gym with lots of good advanced imported machines.
Advantages:-
•TIMING is very flexible- 6:00AM-11AM 4:30PM-9PM approximately.
•ITS A VERY CLEAN, AND WELL MAINTAINED GYM. ...
•HIGH QUALITY, EQUIPMENTS IN GOOD CONDITION...
•PEOPLE are FRIENDLY .... a good friendly atmosphere prevails...
•LOCATION is easily identificable...Just Opposite to City Hotel.
•CHANGING ROOM, WASHROOM are well maintained.
•GYM Trainers are good....but not great.
•AC availability.
Disadvantages:-
• Little bit expensive
• Lack of experienced trainers.
