β β β β β This Gym is amazing, Good facility, Top equipment n great environment. Super clean always. Trainers are attentive. Zumba sessions are best, lost 3kg's jus in 7 weeks. Yoga classes are really helping. Overall vibe is great.

I've been able to achieve my goals in a short period thanks to Mr. Mahesh. Due to his guidance in workout and diet plan I was able to drop 8kgs in 60 days. His training style is very simple easy but extremely effective.
Also all the coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. Do join if you want to get fit and healthy.

β β β β β Fitness 24/7 is the Best Gym in Vijayanagar, Bangalore. Its Open all days of the week morning to night. So you can go at any time,as convenient.
What i liked is it is very spacious and there are many equipments.
The trainers Uday and Bharath are very knowledgeable and guide with lot of Patience. They ensure that we systematically workout and which ensures exercise for the whole body.
No waiting for treadmill or stationery byke as there are many. And the view while walking on treadmill is very beautiful.
Very clean and hygienic and. All the machines, gym equipments, mats are cleaned every day thoroughly. Even wash room is very clean.
Zumba classes are there daily 3 batches, but i have not yet tried as i am happy with cardio and strength training.
I have knee problem sometimes, so the trianers understand and suggest workout so that i dont strain my knee.
I love going here because of Ambience, music, cleanliness, friendly attitude of trianers and treat everyone very politely.
Fees also reasonable as compared to other Gyms in our locality.

β β β β β The gym is very well equipped and has amazing certified and knowledgeable trainers. It is maintained very well and includes a lot of other activities as well such as yoga and zumba. I have seen a significant change in myself since joining with the help of Mahesh sir. He has also helped me define a good workout routine.
