I gain 10kg weight within 1 month, just take proper diet and follow the direction whatever fitness gym trainer says.
Fitness gym is having all the equipment whatever needed to build muscles. fitness gym trainer are also supportive. Good environment, Locker facility, clean. All trainers are friendly.
Overall Great experance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In starting few day’s gym staff and owner support you but then later if you don’t join personal trainer then it’s waste of money to join. If you want results then you have to join personal trainer and pt is also average at this gym. Worst experience i had after few months of joining
