★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gym is located near Paras Hospital. The trainer Shorab sir is very experienced and knows in and out of every exercise and workout he makes people do.
The gym equipments are good.
The gym charges are very nominal and affordable, as compared to other gym in the area.

Instructor is bad, hardly care what people are doing.
Gym is underground so fresh air wont be available.
It gets very sweaty during summer.
So if you beginner do not join this but if you are in city for 1-2 yrs n dont want to spend much on fancy gyms this place is for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness Freaks Gym is on main road and it is slightly difficult to spot as this is situated in basement however you would see the billboard which is next to OYO Rooms.
The Gym Trainer is Motivated And Upbeat however he usually comes late at morning and focuses more on females. His assistant is consistently seen around helping others at gym.
Overall Gym is in decent condition however few machines are not in use and management is quite reluctant to fix it.
Gym is Open on Weekdays (Morning And Evening) and on Saturdays (Morning Only).
