Hello, my name is Prashali i work in IT where i continuously seat and work i had back ache since 3-6 months. Was not in favour of any kind of medication, hence was looking forward to attend this session. In this 2 days i got around 60% relief which is unbelievable. The way of teaching is excellent. . I am Rajendra Parande from Latur I am Government retired officer Worked as ITI principal I have low back pain and Neck Problem Last month I have done neck pain two days workshop and on 12 th and 13th February 2022 I have completed this two days Back Pain Workshop… Last 05 to 07 years I have this Back pain and Neck problem previously I have already taken medical treatment from Latur Hospitals but only temporary relief …. No permanent benefit so I joined this two days Back pain workshop… It’s very pleasant experience..!! ?? Near about 60 to 70% pain reduced ?? I think this is very scientific treatment of pain reduction. This workshop helped me too much and this happened without medicine… Thanks Mr Sourabh Kulkarni ???

I am Helen Jayakar and I am 66 years old. I am a retired Banker and have been suffering from lower back pain for last 20 years and frozen shoulder from last 2 years. I attended the 2 day workshop and after diligently following the instructions and exercises have got almost 50 percent relief. I found the exercise involving two balls most innovative and also found Saurabh Sirs detailed instructions and patience most impressive and easy to follow. Eishwarya Age 66 Housewife 10 yrs pain in lower back. 35% relief from today’s workshop. Spine Points seems the best and hardest exercise. Learned many new invaluable things about keeping oneself painfree. Excellent way of explanation and teaching by Mr Kulkarni Saurabh. Thanks Netbhet and Fitness Masters. I would say all seniors must join Fitness Masters for a happy day to day life. I’m Eishwarya Gogate. 66 yrs old. Housewife. 1. Knee pain for last 2 months in left knee. No problem with right knee. Due to slip of left leg got injury at d back side of knee. There was no swelling. Doctor said it is due to ligament injury or muscle pull. On medication for 5 days as advised. Then took 20 sittings of physiotherapy. Can't sit down presently. 2. 20% relief achieved 3. Ball excercises were very good 4. Teaching method is very effective. Thanks for d workshop.
