For information, I am second time buyer of treadmill. My first one being PowerMax TDA350 for 2 years. With my experience with PowerMax, I realized that I should go for a AC treadmill this time (as we are 3 family members & each of us do 60 min jogging at a stretch every day). Moreover I should choose a treadmill which has very quick and effective customer service which I found lacking in PowerMax in NCR (it took 45 days to resolve motor issue). I did research for about 10 days visiting several Treadmill showrooms in Delhi/Noida/Ghaziabad and checking various treadmills in 2.5 to 3.hp AC motor in a price range of Rs 60-90k. I zeroed in on Viva T907/T909/T940 and Fitness World Scorpio model. I got the best of offers from all but finally I chose Scorpio. The decision was based on my experience with Fitness World which has such a vast showroom at Noida with integrated service center spreadover an entire floor and the specification of Scorpio model which fit perfectly well into my requirement of not having a bulky machine but still packed with powerful 3/6 HP AC motor (with 10 yrs guarantee), 20" belt width and simple display. Not to mention Mr. Sheshpal (Manager, Fitness World Showroom) who helped me by showing his entire facilities (sales/service/parts) and his quick response to all my queries made me go for this treadmill. I have lot of confidence in the product and service support of Fitness World as they have made huge investments in the business. Our initial experience with the machine is quite good and I am sure I have made a right choice by choosing Fitness World product. Now I hope this machine can stand the test of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased ‘Sorriso’ treadmill from Fitness World, Noida. Quality of the product at the given price is very good. Response to replacement of a broken part on delivery (plastic motor hood/casing) was great, the part got replaced by the company within 2 weeks. We never had to send any reminders. Quality of the product is very good as well , more importantly response to customers problem and after sales service is extremely good from Fitness World. The staff involved in the whole process was very trustworthy & courteous. Very happy with the overall experience & will update the review on product/service after a year. Issues related to sales , after sales and clearing doubts regarding the product were handled very properly by SP Singh(HR Manager).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️ BEWARE THEIR DC TREADMILLS HALT ABRUPTLY & CAN INJURE YOU IN CASE OF POWER CUTS. ⚠️
I bought a DC-motor treadmill from Fitness World 6 months ago. Their office/store was by far the most professional that I had come across, in my multiple days of research for buying a trustworthy treadmill. The manager was very nice & helpful as well.
In the past 6 months, I have had them over at least twice for service & maintenance. There is never an issue with getting them on the phone or getting them to come over for servicing.
However, we had an incident recently when our area had a power cut (which are common in NCR especially during summers) while my brother was walking on the treadmill. The treadmill stopped abruptly (instead of slowing down) causing my brother to leap forward & almost crash into the head of the machine. I called them to ask why it was doing it - and they had absolutely no answer, they acted as if this was of no concern and they could not help me at all with it. They first recommended me to look for a 4 kVA UPS, then a 3 kVA one and finally their service personnel told me to install one of 2 kVA. They couldn’t even give me a proper recommendation for external equipment that’d be compatible with THEIR OWN MACHINE.
My family has since stopped using it, and I doubt we’ll ever use it. ₹55,000 down the toilet. Thanks a lot, Fitness World - your lack of concern for your users’ safety is paying off. Great job at injuring your own customers.
Fitness World: If you’re reading this, please don’t reply with some lame excuse. The fact remains that the machine I purchased from you is hazardous to operate in normal conditions & you didn’t issue any warnings about it prior to the purchase. You can’t solve this problem, or you would have done already. I’m happy to sell it back to you (even at a discount), as I’m not going to sell a life threatening product to someone else on OLX.

We went to buy a treadmill during Diwali time and we were greeted by Mr.Deepak. He is an amazing human being and a great sales manager as he showed us variety of treadmills, cycles and other equipment for home gym and commercial as well. Deepak explained all the treadmill features and based on his recommendation and our choice, we bought Fitness World Primo. All of us in the family are using the treadmill and are very satisfied with product and the service. I recommend everyone who wants to buy gym equipment for home or commercial to pay a visit to Fitness World, sector 63. I am sure You will come back happy when you have managers like Deepak Ji.

Also I did interior work for the Gym and recommended colour combination for equipments matching with Gym's theme they have provided the same and now the Gym is looking awesome.
