★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Fitso management is rude (evening batch) and are not professional at all in their behaviour. Even the coach talked rudely with the child. Highly disappointing. I am going back to my previous poll where there was humane treatment. Fancy equipment do not make a good coaching experience.

Happiness is when you are able to take one step ahead in overcoming your biggest fear. For me, one of my life’s biggest fear is swimming, reason being I drowned in a deep pond and lost consciousness having a near death experience when I was a little girl. So Ultimately one of my life goals seriously happens to be learning how to swim someday. After around 20 class sessions in fitso, I was finally able to complete almost full length of the pool without a break while breathing through the mouth outside from time to time. I didn’t see this coming as I am the most scared student who would always panic just by hearing deep side haha. Although I wanted to learn swimming so badly, It was honestly hard for me to believe that I would actually be able to swim one day. It wouldn’t have been possible without the teaching of my excellent coach Ashwini Sir. My fear of getting drowned was so much that I couldn’t do anything in the deep end for a long time because I would always end up panicking with just the thought of deep water and then would get drowned subsequently, at the same time I would end up trying to drown Ashwini Sir also who was helping me from drowning because rather than him catching, I would always catch him in panic. Ashwini Sir is always so patient and has an awesome way of teaching everyone because of which i don’t fear much and enjoy going to the deep side now. Thank you so much for all the effort and hard work u put not only in coaching me but all your other students equally. I know I have a long way to go to learn properly but I feel so far I know the basics of swimming, atleast my fear is so much lesser now, thank u so much. I am really grateful, thank u fitso for having great coaches. All the other coaches are also really helpful and ready to guide always. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is good so far, pool manager Amit is amazing and very helpful (with all the queries and problem).The coaches too are great especially Naman. I am still in a learning phase but my fear for water is gone now and would like to continue with the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been an exhilarating experience here at Fitso Apeejay Sheikh Sarai. The facility is hygienic with a great training staff. From the perspective of a beginner the best part is the orderly way of progress where we started to float along with relevant swimming equipments to now when we dive in the deep. So kudos to the entire Fitso staff from a really happy n satisfied customer!! Cheers to u guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had joined here for my second stint at learning how to to swim. The helpful and friendly coaches at Fitso(sheikh sarai) finally made it possible. Other than the coaches the staff is also quite helpful and cooperative. Will recommend it for every beginner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apeejay Sheikh Sarai is a great facility to learn swimming as it has great management done by Fitso Seals which takes care of hygiene and discipline in the pool. All the coaches are good and experienced.
I would like to mention and thank ASHWINI Sir who coached me, he is a great coach. I had the water phobia but he made me comfortable in deep side (10ft) in just 10 days and I was by my own by the 18th day. He built a great level of confidence in me with a lot of fun along the way.
As the winters are over I am keen to see him again at the pool.
