★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to fitstop gym regularly from past 6 months and I really love the aura of this gym. I am taking personal training of MMA from Neeraj and I must say he is a gem trainer, he really knows in and out of MMA personal training and everyday he pushes me to do more. Workouts which I could never dream of doing earlier, now I am doing those everyday and I can see lot of positive results in my fitness, all thanks to Neeraj and fitstop gym. I would honestly recommend everyone to join fitstop gym and give a try to personal training from Neeraj.

A special shoutout to Mr. Kapil who has trained me for the past month. He makes workout truly enjoyable, knows exactly what he is talking about and motivates me to push my limits.

1. Fitstop Gym is an amazing place to work out and the staff is super helpful and encouraging.
2. Gym Environment is also good (especially if you are a female , you will not feel awkward there).
3. Well maintained machines/equipments for cardio and weight training exercises.
4. They are focused on maintaining hygiene and cleanliness and keep the gym clean. Housekeeping staffs frequently clean / sanitize the equipments and floor so that you can do it easily.
About my Personal Trainer (PT - Mr. Sachin) :
1. I have been taking personal training from ‘Mr. Sachin’ for about 4 months and have achieved better results in that time. I was very nervous in the beginning as i was unable to walk 5 minutes continuously after covid.
In 3-4 months of training; I was able to improve a lot on my physical health, recovered from Covid weakness and lost weight.
Sachin Sir recommends exercises that are simple to start but helps to upgrade with practice.
He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts and is definitely a trainer who really cares and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. In addition to fitness, he also shares nutrition diet plans to achieve my goal. Thanks to Sachin Sir to help me regain confidence and get fit yet again.
Highly recommended!!

I have been a regular member of the gym and the journey has been rewarding so far.
Special mention to my personal trainer Daya for his constant attention and hard work towards me. He is one of the best trainers giving you complete attention and motivation while you workout.
The staff is also overall very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.
