K	Karan Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I must tell you that I am not a pro bodybuilder and I don't lift all those hefty weights, I believe in working out just to stay fit and healthy Secondly I am writing this review after working out at all major gyms in the city (both big and small ones ) So , I have completed 6 months here and I spend almost 1.5 hours at gym daily. These 1 and half hours are best times of my day. I lift for 45-50 mins and for my cardio I do zumba/bhangra. I have not only gained some decent muscle but also lost a lot of my body fat (thanks to the dance sessions) in these 6 months. The fact that they have dance sessions doesn't make you skip your cardio as the usual treadmill/crosstrainer gets very boring. 5 stars to my favourite gym ! *****

And believe me you got results.. Dont go with those catching lines of high class gym... Waste of money...
P	Parikshit virmani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main downside is that this gym is so crowded, so bad environment, less quantity of equipments, less dumbbells. You can't build muscles in this gym . You can only come and test your patience level in this gym by waiting for that dumbbell to come in your hands and benches for other exercise. Trainers are not worried too.. they just want to give pt to female customers and nothing else! And expensive too !

The mail confirmation of the free trial holds no value. The website is a fraud in itself, as the gym manager doesn't know anything about the pass.

h	harsh gaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to a lot of Gyms in Faridabad and frankly found FitStop to be the best, their rates are reasonable, staff is courteous, ambience is good, cleanliness is very good and machines are plenty and in really good condition ?. Trainers are not proactive but that's the norm with almost all the Gyms in Faridabad but would explain an exercise when asked. Overall a really good place to workout.
