★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe that equipment can be acquired by anyone, it's the quality of trainers which make the difference. The knowledge, the application and their nature creates an environment where an average person can get his/her dream physique. Hands down, the trainers here are the best especially Mr sumit with his hard core knowledge of both anatomy and physiology and his eagerness to help out has given me a trust which is hard for me to have on a physical trainer especially as a doctor. Thank you sumit. Also Mr Sonu, a look at him tells you what dedication means and their staff rahul, that guy is funny and a pain in your head when it comes to making sure you complete your set but makes sure you don't quit.

Your personal goals are made to achieve with excellent methods and a supportive diet. The gym trainers are well on time and are qualified to do the work. The owner Mr.Sonu needs no introduction. He has been a support to me to gain my weight with appropriate diet and workout.
