★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi i use to be one of the customer earlier like 2 year back, so i was going through their videos again these guys do wounder full job, especially "AEROBICS" i remember i reduced 10kg weight in just 3 months, i followed their instructions and use to take regular meals (no deep fried). sometimes i use to take "Hot boot camp" which use to grill me a lot but i was happy that i was again toned and in shape. so thanks to the instructors specially aerobic teacher i don't remember his name but i can still see his videos (dark and slim with beard instructor). KEEP TONING!
