★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was damaged from front (driver side) and this was the damage. Policy bazaar helpdesk gave me their contact and they started calling me again and again for to awail their service once.
After calling continuously over 4 days they gave me the estimate it was such a headache.
Now, They have provided the bill more than the maket value of car. Not acceptable. I wasted 1500 towing charges and 4 days with you guys. Your service is a joke.
Can you even imagine that the estimate they provided was 105,000 for this damage. I tried to sell this car a month back and (cars24) told me market value is 75000 for this car.
I can easily fix this from outside under 10k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with a accident and car broke down in the middle of the road I called up my insurance ( Acko general ) and they have tie up with Fixcraft . Both Acko and Fixcraft helped me towing my car from the accident place to the garage. It was Sunday and they started repair work on same day. I was getting timely update on the progress of the repair in the wats app group they created for my car repair. The car delivered timely and I am super happy with the service.
I appreciate Varun and Sudhir from Fixcraft who helped me in entire process and they had good coordination with Acko general insurance. Even Acko team was calling and updating about the repair status.
I highly recommend Fixcraft who have varity of services for car in reasonable price.

They fixed my car to perfection and delivered the car at my doorstep early morning as I had to leave for outstation.
