★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asked to replace the motherboard by the Apple store so I brought my laptop here and they quoted a similar price so I decided to not go through with it. Later I found out, assuming that I probably wouldn’t use the laptop anymore, they not only stole the battery from the laptop but also replaced it with an incompatible duplicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have iPhone 6 and one day my phone got switched off and never turned on. So I went to FixMyMac. They said they need to replace the battery. I agreed to their proposal and my battery got replaced. But not received my old battery or anything. But my phone well started. Again after 1.5 months the charging issue appeared and I again went to them. They said battery is in good condition but charging panel needs to be replaced. 3k they charged. Again phone well started. Now after 2 months my phone got switched off with same charging issue. If they are not aware how to resolve the issue, they could have told me. It is so embarrassing for any user.
I am not satisfied at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will steal your original parts! I brought my laptop for a stubborn keyboard, and they stole my hard drive; didn't fix the keyboard. I noticed my hard drive was stolen when the nick on the original one was missing on the side that was there when I first bought it. Suddenly, my entire system crashed and had to get a new hard drive.
The second repair shop stated, FixMyMac and MacByte have developed a bad report stealing original parts and billing consumers for poor replicas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is really good with friendly staff . I went in to get my iphone 7s screen fixed. They not only replaced my screen for a very reasonable price , lesser than other service centres, but also put a screen-guard with no extra cost. These little gestures is why I trust them. Sure its a way to keep the customer happy. But they also gave me suggestions on how to preserve my battery and have it running for longer. As an iphone user knows, the battery can be really iffy and will deteriorate after a year of so using it.
The entrance of the shop is very narrow and is between dominoes and some jewellery shop on Jodhpur park, thus easy to miss. Highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my mac book pro to them not once but twice ... 1st they charged 10k and my mac worked for 3 months then 2nd time again some issue surfaced again I went to them they charged 6k this time the laptop worked for 4 months .. then I again went to them for the 3rd time they inspect my mac and shamelessly told again I have to pay 10k . This time I disagree. On my friend advice I tried some other local workshop . Got the laptop repaired for just 3 k .
Over rated thieves.

They are amazing. My husband's iPhone 7 screen was absolutely shattered.
An authorized dealer quoted Rs16000 + taxes. Like really? 16000.. !! Are they even listening to themselves??!. And "PLUS TAXES"???? I would rather live with a shattered screen.
I did a bit of digging and took a leap of faith with these folks. And trust me the best decision ever.
They fixed his screen and the speaker at the top of the screen was also not working which made it really difficult for him to listen to conversations on call without putting his phone on speaker or using headphones.
And all of this for Rs11000. That's it.
Guys go for them. You don't need to take a leap of faith. All these reviews that you are reading, these guys did it for you.
They are amazing!!!!!
Don't waste your money. It's just the "authorized" tag that will cost you so much.
PS: Trust me I am an extremely finicky soul. (Extremely can be an understatement). But they are really good. Oh forgot to mention, they give you original parts. :P
