★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my iPhone 11pro for face ID repair. It was not working for a few months but everything else was perfect including the selfie portrait mode.
Handed over the phone on 22 Mar evening. The feedback received was that the repair will take a few weeks hence I asked to return it back as it is my primary phone. Was returned back on 24 Mar afternoon. It worked okay for 3 days and went dead on 27 morning.
I have been using multiple apple products for a decade and always send it to Apple service for repair/diagnostics and devices never have any issue post service. This is the first time I handed my 2year 3 months old Iphone for repair to Fixxo and it's dead in 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience with screen replacement mutlipe times due to their mistake. They blame it on defective part and out of warrenty. All I have to say is when you take your Apple product to them, you are tied on to them for the life of the product. You will have to shell out repair and part replacement cost much more than the product cost over a period of time !!

Fixxo acted in a very prompt manner providing periodic diagnostic updates and even taking some time to test if everything was fine before handing it over. Unprecedented level of detail . Would recommend fixxo for any Apple product issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here I am taking back my words. I had initially given Fixxo just one star and a poor review. But now thanks to their great customer service I change my rating. When I complained to them about the issues I was still facing with my laptop, they immediately apologized and were not shy to admit that they had goofed up. I liked how they owned up to their error instead of being defensive. Within the hour they had my laptop picked up from home, repaired properly this time, and delivered back within a few hours. Thanks Manish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my mcbook air which was having startup issues. The things that really stood out professionalism, responsiveness. they followed my instructions even if they felt it won't be useful and helped diagnose issue in a systematic manner. The problem was resolved in less money then what was quoted initially. I was skeptical that they might report it is not working and need extensive repairs but no they called back and said it is working fine and we don't need to do extensive repairs. All this resulted in a satisfied customer and working mcbook air again. Thanks for providing a professional and reliable option.

My MacBook had Flexgate issue, where because of some manufacturing defect, the screen will go blank. Apple people know the issue and have replaced display free of cost only for a small set of models. My MacBook was having the same issue but I was not in the lucky one :( and they were quoting whooping 43k for screen replacement.
Fixxo people know the issue and instead of replacing the screen, they have fixed it and increased the length of the belt causing this issue by 2mm. It's a complicated process, I saw it on youtube :) They charged INR 12.5K and fixed the issue. Yay!!!!!!!
Genuine people with great experience!! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixxo picked up my MacBook, diagnosed the issues and discussed with me all possible solutions and upgrades. The communication was very clear and mostly on whatsapp. My laptop was dead from several years and now it has started working smoothly. They changed its Faulty RAM and gave a general service. They completed the whole process within 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsolicited review of a first time customer of fix. My Mac Pro of 2015 won't turn on one fine morning. Me being technical I had my internal struggle to find a good place to have my Mac service. I had researched on Fixxo and thanks to great reviews of so many patrons I made up my mind to have this serviced, with a hint of worry about my data :), getting ripped off and worst case seeing the last of laptop.
My fears were started to crumble with the professional communication and status updates from the fixxo team. I had my expectation set from day1 on how much it will cost, what is needed from me and how long it will take.
Things that impressed me.
1. Customer contact and status updates via what's up. Earful to personal needs
2. Clear expectations on cost, time and nature of problem. No cost to customer should all fixes fail ( of course incidental and delivery fee is still needed)
3. One Maneesh patient knowledgeable and knows his tool. Has a good technical team working in the background.
4. Professional work done on the laptop, no screws missing, security tag on the "void warranty" sticker.
5. My problem was no power, I was not comfortable to give out the password, the team worked around it.
