★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiziko Fitness premium is the best gym in Sec 14. Trainers are highly professional. They have both male and female trainers. Very friendly and polite environment provided by entire team including owner and reception mam. Multiple options like weight training, cardio, bollywood, Bhangra, Tabata,yoga etc.... available for fitness journey. They also guide you in diet. Women friendly environment available in gym. Working moms can have guilt free calorie burning work out at gym by bringing kids to group classes. Fees are reasonable and they are not money oriented. They also give you freeze option for long leave. Bhangra class is my favourite which I enjoy to attend along with my 5year old son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiziko Fitness Premium has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and cleanliness upto the mark . I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.Moreover The head trainer ,Viplav, Is very supportive and honest towards the trainee's fitness goals and He is also highly certified.All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.The owner of the gym , Puneet , Is a very humble and generous person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am doing exercise from last over a decade with a goal of fitness. I am been into many Gyms in past but from almost last 3 years, I have been associated with Fiziko Fitness Gym. And I am happy to say , this is the best till date I have experienced.
The Owner Punnet is quite friendly guy, maintain gym well , helpfull trainers, and most importantly, decent crowd. This gym is must for all fitness lovers.

One of the best reason to join fiziko is best crowd , girls can also do workout in late evenings because of their safe environment. Owner Mr. Puneet is very polite, decent & friendly.

But, the best part about the gym is that everyone is very welcoming and will push you on your health goal journey. This gym, the trainers and the fellow people have made workouts fun for me. Also, the owner is a very helpful and professional person who will make sure you don't face any issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The credit for my fitness goes to the Fiziko Fitness Premium Gym Team , and specially viplav. He's an amazing personal trainer who motivates me both physically but also mentally.
The cherry on the cake is the tips and tricks he gives to get the most out of every workout.
It's been 3 years and I can surely see a big change in myself. Moreover during the lockdown periods the owner of the gym Puneet arranged online classes for all the clients and Even delivered any equipment required for the workout at home. Puneet and the FFP team are very friendly who actually make me want to train regularly. I highly recommend you to do once visit this place.

I still take stands on my previous words, Fiziko Fitness is one of the best Gym I have ever seen, which has best quality equipments and has professional trainers.
Must give it a try if you are searching for a better place to workout.

Fiziko Fitness Premium is one of the Amazing and Fantastic Gym in Gurgaon, I am writing my review after my experience.
Gym Trainers are very professionals and very polite/friendly in nature. They provide excellent guidance and tips on building our entire body muscle and strength. They are very supportive and helpful all the time.
Gym is full equipped with high quality latest machine and equipments. Gym ambiance is so beautiful - I am loving going to there every day. Full premium feel while working out in there. The Gym is Fully AC. Hot/Cold water available everytime. Neat and clean all the time.
Highly Recommended Gym, Fiziko Fitness Premium worth every penny you spend. Must give it a try if you are planning to start your workout.
