★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is at prime location crazy crowd. Vibe is very good. But ordered food is not upto quality. There was too much if salt in one dish. Overall my experience related to food is not very good.

Food was good but pathetic staff… i booked a table and paid advance for candle decoration, when I reached they did not offer the promised table, no decorations and before we ordered food they said that the price paid in advance will be adjusted…. But after the billing they denied to adjust my refund… above everything 2 waiters came separately asking of tip as if … i mean don’t have words how embarrassing it is … will never recommend this place if u need a good smiling experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FLASHBACK is one of the favourite hangout place of mine with fantastic interiors and amazing ambience. They have different sitting arrangements and roof top is icing on the cake.
Even in winters, one can enjoy the rooftop with heater facility.
It's a good place for party with friends and family.
Saff is helpful and arrange every possible thing you ask for.
Food taste is lip smacking with proper presentation.
Mocktails are amazing too,you will not regret to spend your money at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, relaxing vibes. Except for the senior staff at terrace who keeps insisting us upon changing the seat in the middle of an important call that my husband was taking. I accepted the request of the junior staff and waited for my husband to end the call. But right then the senior staff (with a mask on) came and requested again. I agreed again and asked him to wait for sometime. Even when there was nobody around waiting for the seat to be vacant, he kept insisting. I had to thank him for spoiling our mood as he said sorry angrily. And then after sometime, he sat there chatting on his phone while I sat sulking at being treated so unjustly. Hope you will do better, dear management. Adding a picture of the 'senior' rude staff. Best wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to hangout in small town like bareilly. All the items in menu are delicious and rightly priced. They offer variety of items in their menu. Music, sitting, cleanliness, behaviour of staffs are Good.
Only issue I found was cleanliness in washroom as they were not properly cleaned.
