The buffet line clearly shows that it focus on keral cuisine.
Worth a try once.

Also, the egg masala and appam was absolutely delicious!
The best part is that you never get bored of having the same dishes all over again! Kerala food all the way! ??

Billed for dish which was not returned, as it was not cooked properly.
Fush, Mutton... Not cooked.
Was very disappointed.
My first review was exceptional, but it was very unfortunate that the second visit turned out to be so disastrous.
Have vowed not to frequent this place again at all.

No, not acceptable. You should be aware of the entire history of what happened, as there has been so much written about the service levels at your outlet, on that particular day.
With all humility I request you to refund Rs.1.00.
Mr.Joe Panicker, please , an irate and unhappy customer has to be treated in such a manner? Guess , you are a specialist as you are in the hospitality sector, and you would know better.
Trust me, I am least bit happy.
Please do the refund at the earliest, else you might forget,... as many days have passed.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Gujarati, traveled to Bengaluru for the first time and this was my first hand experience of South Indian food. Flavours Inn Restaurant has a impressive range of South Indian food. Food is so delicious, food is full of different colours and economically priced. Most of the patrons of this place, have a prior understanding of the food and it is not a good place for the people trying South Indian food for the first time. You need to be accompanied by a local, to understand what can be tried and what can't be. They also offer warm water infused with herbs, its good for digestion and improves immunity. Ambience of the place is also nice. Staff lacks communication skills and not able to explain the dishes they have. Suggestions: have menu with pictures to explain the food available, so that people trying for the first time would understand, what are the offerings.
