★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently joined the gym I must say the gym went well on to my expectation.Flex fitness is well equipped and have sufficient well trained trainer to support you.
More happiness come when you get more then what you invest thus in terms of economy I found Flex fitness is decent reasonable gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the gym very next day of its opening. continued it for 2-3 months then again joined in MAy.
I could say that now there is more emphasis on Personal Training rather than normal training. If you go and ask trainers sir after workout for 1-2 months I am not seeing any impact, they would say “Personal training le lo”. Anyone can loose or gain in PT, why would you have normal gym then ???
Also earlier there used to be studio classes as well during day timings. It’s not happening.
Guys change its name to Personal training Gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Flex Fitness on its second day of opening. They offered membership at a very very reasonable price for 6 months. They have crossfit section too. They have new and very good machines and trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. What i liked the most no trainer has approached for personal training, This is rare and great. Best gym. And absolutely friendly for girls/Ladies too.

After pandemic I called them to check if I can continue my membership and they said to visit and then we can discuss. Went there and left my contact information as there were only the cleaning boys. No one contacted me back. I ended up enrolling in somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude coach, small space, expensive when compared with other gyms. Not sure how are they even surviving in this competative market. This gym price should not be more that 1200 bucks per month for the level of quality and service they are providing.
