Flexsin is the worst hiring process. Especially TA doesn't have any idea about the procedures such as how many rounds have to scheduled. Recently, I have been trapped here. 1.technical assessment done2. Two people met with me face to face3. Harshit scheduled my telephonic round with his so called senior person in HR HR Dept Atul4.Again Harshit scheduled my f2f interview with his Director Discussed all salary parts abx when I asked to update he said I am on a leave 2nd day he said your profile is on hold. These guys are only wasting jobseekers time and playing with candidates emotion
