★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other reviews don’t lie. The absolute worst customer service. Refusing to deliver package to the address provided. UPS uses them as third party service, which is atrocious - UPS should really choose a better partner. They delay the service repeatedly, non responsive, rude and hang up on you. AVOID.
UPS should know better. UPS should have better partners. UPS should not use them.

Never gonna use it again and would advise others also not to use it, if you want your stuff to safely reach the receiver and on time. Talking about their website, they are having a tracking section which is not working and so is the case with their feedback section. I don't even know why the hell have they even made the website. Seems like everything is fake.
They promised to deliver courier in 2 days but took 8 days and that too after calling them 15 times. Highly dissatisfied.
