★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who'd expect a utopian setup like an artist's society amidst industrial clutter and an overdose of educational institutions. Kaladham is an anamoly. The society holds a tree most probably a Champa majestically in the centre. As if the entire society is bound at the core of the tree and it holds all the structures on the ends of invisible strings. Sculptures peeping out of studios, wall art adorning colourful walls, Kaladham gives the visitor the luxury of being outside time. It is slow, not competing against the fast pace traffic right outside the gates and very quiet.

Kaladham has Nice studios which facilitates theses artists to work in peaceful environment. Also they can reach their students and hold exhibitions and showcase their work.Painters,sculptors,dancers, singers and theatre stalwarts all live and work here in harmony
