★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of delivery as well as customer support. Delivery wise they deliverer last 4 orders of mine 3 to 4 days late. And regarding the support they have the most unprofessional employees working at there office. Specially the ladies are full on divas there. Pathetic experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shekhar Singh and Deepak working in Ekart and Flipkart in Agra are fraud. They didn't deliver my product but marked it as delivered. When raising complaint to Flipkart, I got no resolution and no refund either. Really pathetic and worst customer support. I won't recommend anyone in Agra to use Flipkart or Ekart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong product was delivered , with no chance of exchanging , opted for return. Ekart person refused to accept the product , but I continued to make multiple request for return back to Flipkart through customer care. Each time my request was declined stating that logistics company confirmed on packing non tampered. Eventually Flipkart suspended my account. I lost over 5000 Rupees with this Flipkart aligned fraud, and more importantly TRUST built over many years. Will meet them in consumer court now.
