★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you (customer) want to file a complaint, then first take their (This delivery people or their senior) permission, ask them what to write, then only make the Complaint.. Or else, they will come to your home and start argue with you saying "how could you write this and that and why you complaint..?!" And also if the delivery guy gives less change, then you just forget about it.. Never dare to complain.. (Well, thats what they said..?)
