★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Afternoon Flipkart Company.... Last Week I purchased a Screen Guard... But when I opened it. It was not good.. minor dirt was there in the screen Guard.... So I called the Customer Care of Flipkart Company Department.... Customer Care Service from Flipkart Very Good .... They told me that next day wish master will come and take your product back ... Next day he came and took back the parcel.... Next was my refund amount... So once again I called Customer Care Service of Flipkart. I Spoke to Mr. Arbaaz he told me that my amount will refund in 24 hours.... Next day my amount was refunded. Iam happy because of not about the refund... Iam happy because the Customer Care Service provide by Mr. Arbaaz Sir. He spoke to me in a very humble way and given me the assurance of refund. I request Flipkart Company to provide Customer Care Service like Arbaaz Sir . He is very good and spoke to me very politely.... This is my Big review because iam very happy with the Flipkart Customer Care Service.... Please give a Promotion for Arbaaz Sir ... Thank you Arbaaz Sir and Thank you once again Flipkart Company.... Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic technical staff. I hav purchased laptop not working properly for asking replacement their Technical rep was unable to recognize the issue. No refund nd replacement by them. I 'll not recommend to hav blind faith on them.

I am a filpkart customer for the last many years..I have been getting part of the items ordered consecutively 4-5 times.. pathetic customer service they even don't know what delivery agents are doing at the ground level.. delivery agents are foolish flipkart and so flipkart doinwith us.. I have cancelled all my orders with 50k

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deleviery boy have no sens to how to talk with customer or as well customer support is worst AMAZONE is far better then you in managment or product quality as well . i ordered my phone before 3 days they saw me u get deleviry tomorrow but still i didn't get my order even parsal in my area i get deleviry boy number but once i call him he said me once i free then i give your order or this is 4th day or still i didn't get my order coz deleviry boy have no time or as well customer support told me we contect deleviry boy from last 3 days tottally worst experince

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from Flipkart. They just accept your return request and then cancel it without notifying you. This is not the first time that I am experiencing this issue. Go for other shopping apps. At least they provide a solution and genuine customer service.
